Amrit is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group. His practice encompasses all areas of corporate/commercial law including the acquisition and sale of businesses, corporate structuring, commercial lending on behalf of borrowers and banks, commercial real estate, commercial leasing, management-side employment, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Amrit articled at SDS LLP prior to joining the firm as an associate. Prior to starting his legal career, Amrit worked in academia for several years, including as a Project Manager at the Department of Sociology at the University of Toronto. Amrit is fluent in Punjabi, and maintains close ties to the Sikh community in the GTA.
Outside of the office, Amrit enjoys playing golf, living an active lifestyle, and cheering on Toronto’s sports teams.
