Puneet Kohli practices business law, with a focus on entrepreneurial ventures, small and mid-sized privately held companies, and financial institutions.
Puneet has been involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
• Buying and selling of businesses including cross border and international transactions
• commercial financing / secured lending
• commercial real estate and commercial leasing
• advising professionals on incorporation and organization of professional practices
• intellectual property, licensing and technology agreements
Puneet knows how business works. Prior to attending law school, Puneet gained global business experience with an international
trading & consulting company.
Being very involved within the business community, Puneet is able to provide “value-added” service to clients by virtue of his
broad network of contacts. He is able to make key introductions and orchestrate business alliances that can be mutually beneficial
and profitable.
Active in the South Asian community, Puneet sits on several business and community boards and is the present Public Relations
Officer for The Sikh Foundation.
