Kyle Seeback
Associate (Elected to the Canadian House of Commons May 2011)
Kyle is a commercial litigator who focuses his practice on
issues faced by growing entrepreneurial companies.
In the course of his practice Kyle advises individuals and
companies involved in all manner of disputes including shareholders
disputes (some involving oppression remedies and derivative
actions), contractual disputes, employment and workplace matters,
asset protection and debt recovery. Kyle also provides his clients
with up to date advice on enforcement of security issues, in
particular PPSA priority dispute litigation. Kyle is an experienced
advocate and has appeared before various levels of Courts and
tribunals in Ontario on motions, applications and trials.
In many business disputes a negotiated settlement would be
the best result for all parties. Kyle is a skilled negotiator,
and will pursue all avenues to achieve a settlement that is
beneficial to all parties. However, where it is required he
will not hesitate to commence an action in court to obtain a
strategic advantage and the desired outcome for his clients.
