Bruce Duggan is a certified specialist in corporate and commercial law, a partner in the firm and practices business law, with particular emphasis on the needs of entrepreneurial ventures, small and mid-sized companies, and family-owned businesses.

Bruce works with clients in all areas of business including debt finance, employment issues, the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate mergers, negotiating joint venture agreements, negotiating supply and manufacturing agreements, creating business structures, corporate capital structures and shareholders’ agreements, re-organizing existing businesses and corporate structures, advising on corporate governance, managing securities issues for privately-held corporations, and assisting clients with leasing, franchising and dispute resolution.

Over the years Bruce has worked with businesses at all stages of their development from start-up’s to levels of sustainable success and to divestitures of assets and to succession planning. His clients cover an extensive range of businesses including banking/finance, logistics and warehousing, manufacturing, software and high-tech, construction, professional practices, businesses engaged in the local and international sale of goods, service providers, and franchisors and franchisees.  

Bruce has written articles on business finance, small business finance, employment law, corporate securities, share options, workplace internet issues, environmental liability and occupational health and safety.
