Angelo DeMichele is a partner in the firm whose practice is
concentrated on real estate law.
With commercial real estate transactions, Angelo tends to focus
on the needs of entrepreneurial ventures, small and large privately
held companies and family businesses. These would include matters
concerning commercial and industrial leasing, mortgage financing
and the purchase and sale of commercial and industrial properties.
Angelo also offer counsel for lenders and borrowers in structuring,
restructuring, negotiating, implementing and completing a wide
variety of transactions including acquisitions, sales and various
financing strategies for commercial real estate projects.
When remedies or enforcement are needed, he is able to provide
support to commercial landlords, lenders, investor groups, developers
and landowners in their litigation matters through the dispute
resolution resources within the firm.
Angelo has one of the largest residential real estate practices
in the Region, acting for individuals who require legal assistance
when buying or selling homes, very large properties, condominiums
or cottages. He is involved in discussions concerning estate
planning and estate administration through the trusts and estates
planning resources within the firm, when individuals require
advice as to the most effective management of their real estate
assets.
